Returns Policy
You may return jewelry without visible signs of wear within 14 days of delivery for the full refund amount of your purchase. You may return unused candles within 14 days of delivery for the full refund amount of your purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Because of the handcrafted nature of our candles, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship your order. If you need any of our handcrafted pieces sooner, please note in the comments section during checkout what date you need it by and I will do my best to make it happen.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. You will be informed if there are conflicts causing the delay of shipment.
